如何更改时区 #
Benchmark 系统默认设定所有账户时区为「Greenwich Mean (+0000) 」，邮件排程会根据此时区设定发送时间。如果您不想要使用此时区，可轻松更改。
要更改时区设定，请按照以下步骤：
- 首先，登入您的 Benchmark 账户。
- 从导览列点击右上方的用户名。
- 然后选择「账户设定」。
- 下拉页面到「电子邮件设置」区块。
- 点击「时区」下拉选单，然后选择想要使用时区。
- 最后，点击页面上方的「储存变更」选项。
重要
- 时间变动，不是所有的时区都会更新，在夏令时和冬令时，您需要更新时区。
- 时间变动时，以下时区会自动更改。

- US 山区
- US 太平洋

如何添加不同的寄件人 #
如果您想要使用多组信箱发送邮件。您可以用一组作为寄件人信箱，另外一组作为回复信箱，都需要验证信箱。
如何添加并验证电子邮件地址：
- 点击账户名，选择「账户设定」。
- 从左边选单栏中选择「电子邮件验证」。页面如下：
- 在此页面，您可以看到已验证和待验证的信箱。
- 点击「新增电子邮件地址」选项。
- 在「验证您的电子邮件地址」弹出窗口，输入想要验证的电子信箱。如果您要添加多组信箱，输入每组信箱后按下 ENTER 键。
- 完成后，点击「传送验证信」选项。
- 现在，前往您的要验证的那组信箱，找到验证信，点击验证链接。

如何避免进入垃圾收件匣 #
有很多原因造成首封邮件进入垃圾收件匣，但您是开始测试邮件营销软件，这是正常的现象。
