# 为什么电子报尾端一定要有取消订阅连结？

[美国垃圾邮件管制法](https://kb.benchmarkemail.com/cn/what-is-the-can-spam-act)明文规定，每封电子报中一定要有至少一个取消订阅连结。  为遵守法律规范，Benchmark Email设定每封自系统中寄出的电子邮件，尾端都会自动包含内建的取消订阅连结。
